TENDER NOTICE
CENTRAL BANK OF NIGERIA ON BEHALF OF DMO OFFERS NIGERIAN TREASURY BILLS

Notice is hereby given by the Central Bank of Nigeria on behalf of DMO that the Federal Government of Nigeria Treasury Bills of 91, 182 and 364-day tenors amounting to N100,000,000,000; N100,000,000,000 and N300,000,000,000 respectively would be issued by Dutch auction on Thursday, September 24, 2026.

All Money Market Dealers should submit bids through the CBN S4 WEB INTERFACE between 8.00 a.m. and 11.00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 23, 2026.

Each bid must be in multiples of N1,000 subject to a minimum of N50,001,000. Authorized Money Market Dealers can submit multiple bids. A bid may be for authorized Money Market Dealers own account, non-Money Market Dealers or interested members of the public. The result of the auction would be announced on Wednesday, September 23, 2026. The Bank reserves the right to reject any bid.

ii. Supply of Laboratory Equipment for the Faculty of Basic Medical Sciences, Southern Delta University, Ozoro.

B. MINISTRY OF WORKS (HIGHWAYS AND URBAN ROADS)
i. Flood Control Measures around Onaje Street, Nwanze Ozie Street and Evirons, Asaba, Oshimili South Local Government Area.

2. Tender Application Forms and Documents are to be collected from the Office of the Secretary, State Tenders Board, Deputy Governor’s Office, Asaba, upon non-refundable payments of the prescribed fee as contained in 3(v) and 3(xv).

3. Tenders must be accompanied by the following:
i) Evidence of Registration as a contractor with Delta State Government;
ii) Evidence of Registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission;
iii) Evidence of Valid Tax Clearance Certificate;
iv) Verifiable contact address of Business Office(s) premises, Utilities Bill etc;
v) Evidence of payment of Tender fee of N500,000.00 for project A(i); N1,000,000.00 for project A(ii) and B(i);
vi) Evidence of Professional/Technical Qualifications;
